BalanceRVA is a beautiful facility that offers everything a working parent could need to succeed. My child loves her playtime and I love the ability to focus on my work for a few hours. The staff has taken extraordinary measures to keep the BRVA community healthy in light of COVID-19. I highly recommend this membership for anyone working or studying from home!

So glad I found this place! I needed a co-working space for client meetings and my son needed a place to do virtual school. Balance RVA is a godsend! Balance RVA was a lifesaver for me! One (late) night, I was searching for a coworking space after a week of unproductive work from home days. BalanceRVA was exactly what I was looking for AND it had childcare for my 2-year-old son! The place is a wonderfully decorated with the sweetest people. Juri was amazing to work with. I highly recommend for anyone who is looking for an amazing coworking experience.

Balance RVA has been an incredible asset to our 2019-2020 work/life balance. While trying to find the right mix of childcare and workspace, we discovered Balance RVA. We immediately fell in love with the concept, the professionalism and childcare. My child begged to go every day to see Ms. Victoria and Ms. Tabby. As a mom, thats a wonderful feeling to know that your child is in good hands all while learning and playing while I worked in the next room or ran out for errands.The facility itself felt like an extension of home with the comfort of coffee, snacks and fridge. In addition, Juri and Bev always asked for member input and opinions when establishing protocols and were there to help when needed. I wish there were more Balance RVA's in the world to serve parents who juggle working from home while raising their young children...or just want a beautiful wellness focused office space.

In the process of realizing her vision to create a place that supports working parents who face major challenges advancing in (and even maintaining) their careers, Juri has created something much more than just a great work space--which Balance RVA does provide. I am a hospitalist (physician) and was looking for a temporary office space during a home renovation to manage charting and paperwork that I do at home. I was pleased to find a really supportive community filled with interesting, helpful, and kind people. The work space is great with onsite childcare available and a full kitchen, conference rooms, relaxation spaces, and more. The location is very convenient with Short Pump and the near west end/UR an easy drive. Juri is an absolute pleasure to work with and is proactive in figuring out what you need in a work space and providing it. When the pandemic started, she arranged to pack snack bags for the medical workers at my hospital without being asked! This is a great community and I will certainly look to Juri and BRVA without hesitation if similar needs arise again

Wonderful place to visit and do business. Peaceful, caring and supportive of everyone who come in even if it is just for a visit. Spacious offices and meeting rooms! Kid and Pet friendly!

Balance RVA has been such a nice space for our non-profit. It's such a comfortable environment to have meetings and events in, and we're so grateful to have a space to get our work done. Not only is the space nice, but Juri (the owner) and Beverly are the sweetest and most helpful people you'll ever meet. I love the atmosphere. I have a client that has used Balance in the past and every time I visit, it's a good vibe. Everyone is friendly, they have an area for kids while the parents are working (amazing), and they have meditation / calm down / relax rooms that should be essential everywhere. As a small business owner, if I was still in the Richmond area, I would HIGHLY recommend Balance as I would be working out of there myself.

This place was a lifesaver as a work from home mom! The childcare curriculum and activities were amazing! My daughter loved going, learned and grew a lot over the year that we spent as members. I would definitely recommend it. The space is beautiful and feels like a home away from home.

The owner is wonderful and the concept is ingenious! The building itself is clean and renovated ~ a great space to work! The childcare aspect is incredible and wish this had been an option when my children were younger.

I have worked from home for 6 years, always with at least one of my kids in tow, but since being a member at BalanceRVA I have been significantly more productive, which has drastically improved my business!
I am very particular on who watches my children, and the staff and BRVA are top notch. My daughter loves going there, she has grown so much. And they engage with the children perfectly. I couldn’t recommend BalanceRVA enough !!

Balance RVA has saved my life as a working mom! This is the BEST kept secret in Richmond. Being a remote employee with a young child can be confusing and downright difficult. Enter: Balance RVA. I now have a welcoming, relaxing place where I can go and BRING my son to work with me! The childcare is out-of-this-world and I am so thankful that I found out about it and that I am part of this community. The quiet rooms and common work areas are so nice and relaxing. My productivity has improved by a mile since joining Balance RVA and I encourage anyone and everyone to tour and join!

As a work from home mom of 3 boys (including a 4 mo old), I appreciate the flexible office space and on site child care offered at Balance RVA for times when I have phone calls to make but my kids have other plans! The team at Balance RVA has done a great job of creating a welcoming work environment and listening to what their members need to be successful.
